Your 2-minute fitting.
A few questions and one photo: your phone measures what matters, your head, neck and shoulders. We make your YOUP to exactly those measurements.
Prefer not to use the camera? Take the same measurements with a measuring tape instead. No app. No download.
Why does your pillow need a fitting?
No two bodies are the same. A pillow that feels perfect for your partner can leave you with a stiff neck. So instead of letting you guess, we take a closer look at you first.
Your body determines the height and shape you need. Your sleep position influences the support you need. Your mattress affects how your body sinks into the bed.
With a few simple questions and your choice of a camera scan or measuring tape, we gather the information needed to make your YOUP specifically for you.
- Takes about 2 minutes
- Camera or measuring tape, your choice
- Your measurements determine how your YOUP is made
- Your face is blurred automatically – we only measure your neck and shoulders
No app. No download. No hassle.
The fitting runs in your phone’s browser and guides you through it, step by step. Prop your phone against something at hip height, use a mirror, or ask someone to help.
Prefer not to use the camera? Take the same measurements with a measuring tape instead. The tool guides you through that too.
- Use a mirror, tabletop or ask a friend

The pillow adapts to you. Not the other way around.
After 25 years of helping people find better pillow support, physical therapist Thijs van der Hilst developed a fitting method that replaces guesswork with a pillow tailored to your body and the way you sleep.
- Developed by a physical therapist
- Based on your anatomy and sleep position
- Individual fit instead of standard sizes
Your fitting → Your Pillow Code → Your YOUP.
